Conference check-in will take place
On Thursday, 19 November, the guarded cloakroom will be down the stairs outside Aulaen/The Main Hall.
On Friday, 20 November, the guarded cloakroom will be in Richard Mortensen Stuen – about five minutes' walk from Aulaen/The Main Hall.
No buses – the conference check-in and official opening of the conference will take place at ARoS Aarhus Art Museum which is within walking distance from the hotels.

Morning
Hotel Scandic Aarhus City at 7.40: Participants are picked up at the reception, and we walk together to the Radisson BLU Scandinavia Hotel, from where the buses depart at 8.00.
Radisson BLU Scandinavia Hotel at 7.50: Participants are picked up at the reception. The buses depart from outside the hotel at 8.00.
CABINN Aarhus Hotel at 7.40: Participants are picked up at the reception, and we walk together to the bus which departs at 8.00.
Afternoon
The iNANO building at 17.00 (where you were dropped off in the morning): Bus departs for respectively Radisson BLU Scandinavia Hotel and CABINN Aarhus Hotel. Participants lodged at Hotel Scandic Aarhus City and CABINN Aarhus Hotel walk the short distance back to their hotels.

If you are staying at a hotel not mentioned above, you are welcome to join the bus from the bus stops.
A registration and information desk is located in the venue area.
Bank and exchange offices are located in the city centre close to the hotels. The currency of Denmark is the Danish krone. While some shops do accept euros, we recommend that you exchange to the local currency. Most shops also accept major credit cards.

Electricity in Denmark is 220V AC. Plugs are European standard with two round pins.

Free car parking is available outside the conference venue (Aarhus University). Downtown parking is generally metered.
Cars can be rented from local or international companies such as Budget, Avis, Hertz and Europcar. Your hotel receptionist can assist you if you wish to rent a car.
Shops in Aarhus are usually open from Monday to Friday, from 10.00-17.30 (Saturdays 10.00-14.00). Supermarkets and department stores are open till 19.00 on weekdays, 17.00 on Saturdays and Sundays, although many supermarkets are open longer. Most shops accept all major credit cards.
